I'm a graduate student in the Applied Mathematics & Statistics, and Scientific Computation Program at the University of Maryland. My research in the Neurotheory Lab of Dr. Dan Butts focuses on using techniques from statistics and machine learning to analyze large neural datasets.
I completed a B.Sc. in Physics and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. When I'm not trying to understand how brains work I enjoy spending time outside, playing around with procedurally generated art, and remaining ignorant of good website design principles. Please have a look around the site!
